Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
This Legal Notice, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction
Ecomvest LLC is formed under Wyoming law, with consumer-friendly exceptions.
Subject to the consumer protections below, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Legal Notice or your use of luxfi.de shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Wyoming, United States.
German & Austrian consumers
Mandatory statutory rights under the BGB and applicable German and Austrian consumer protection law remain unaffected, and you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence for consumer disputes, in addition to the courts of Wyoming.
Swiss consumers
Mandatory rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations and applicable Swiss consumer protection law remain unaffected by this choice of law or jurisdiction clause.
Nothing in this governing law clause limits any statutory right you hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Where any term conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection provision, that provision prevails.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, we strongly encourage you to contact us at info@luxfi.de. The vast majority of concerns — orders, returns, warranty claims, billing — are resolved within 1–2 business days of direct contact.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
